Refund and Cancellation Policy

Products are sold by Rebrained d.o.o.. Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record for these purchases: Paddle processes your payment, handles applicable taxes, and issues your invoice or receipt.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your workspace's Billing page (/billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for.

If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase of any subscription plan.

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable. Exceptions apply where a renewal was charged in error or where a service failure on our part prevented you from using the product you paid for.

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any statutory consumer rights you have under the law applicable to your purchase.
