Terms of Service

The terms governing your use of the Rebrained Account hub and Stack products.

1. Your account

A Rebrained Account is created with an email address and password (or, where enabled, a Google sign-in) and is associated with exactly one workspace at a time. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to violate any applicable law, infringe another party's rights, transmit malware or unsolicited bulk communications, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or interfere with the service's normal operation. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

3. Plans, billing, and cancellation

Every workspace starts on the Free plan at no cost. Upgrading to the Pro plan is billed monthly in advance via Stripe Checkout at the then-current listed price; only the workspace owner can start an upgrade or manage billing. Fees are billed automatically to your payment method on file each billing period until cancelled, and — except where required by applicable law — are non-refundable.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time through the Billing Portal (linked from your workspace's Billing page). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep Pro access until then, and your workspace reverts to the Free plan afterward.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Rebrained Stack software and branding. You retain all rights in the content and data you submit to your workspace; you grant us only the limited right to process it as needed to provide the service to you.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these terms, including a violation of the acceptable use section above.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date once this page is out of draft.
